I have been considering the purchase of an old Mossberg 151M(b) rifle for squirrel hunting. I think it would be cool to scope it up and try to rid the world of squirrels with it. However it has a sling swivel mounting system that is not like what we use today. The sling swivels would have to have a "T" type connection to connect to the rifle. Are these still available for purchase anywhere? I did not see them at Brownells.

Parts house, ebay or gunbroker is where i would look. Or at Rimfirecentral.

The type in photo is on the butt end of my 144. The front is different.

I always search for sling swivels for my 46M but almost everything zi find is either incomplete, in bad condition & overpriced.
Numrich sold them new (after market) but they ran out some time ago & have not brought them back.
Maybe someone here at HR knows how to adapt another type of swivel system to vintage Mossbergs?
If there is we would appreciate any suggestions.
