AR Sling swivel/mount

Have an AR with an aftermarket hand guard. It doesn't have a place for a front sling swivel.
The PIC rail is only on top, not sides or bottom.

The barrel has a two hole lug on the bottom that may be a candidate for a swivel mount.
The holes are 7/16" center to center.

Anyone know of a mount/swivel that would fit these two holes or a mount that would attach to the bottom of the hand guard?

Yes it is the gas block. Didn't know what to call it. Thanks for the suggestions.

Yeah, there is nothing that I am aware of that will utilize mounting to the gas block, and, if that is a set-screw type (as it appears to be), you wouldn't want to put any kind of torque on it, anyways. The rail in your pic APPEARS to be M-Lok, could be the older MOE, but, somewhere on your rail might specify. If you Google "sling mount (M-Lok or MOE, whichever you have)", you will find more options than you will know what to do with.
