Yep, another Firefly one, but you needn't have seen the show to "get" the joke. And yes, I find most gun owners find Brady Campaign tracts to be motivational:

That pic of the 870 was taken when it was literally right out of the box. I hadn't even cleaned it yet, then, let alone shot it. It's seen some field time now, and has a much better 'skin tone' now with a well-oiled look.

First mod to be done as soon as $ allow: mag extension. Still working through the issue of slugs v. buckshot.

JFTR: it'll never have pistol grips (don't like 'em), and for HD, bead is fine for me (though I'll probably at least put a tritium on it).

In any case, I'm gonna have to try my hand at one of these posters. There are some great ones in this thread. ;)

Whittington was his lawyer friend that he shot, that's what I was referencing.
 
Motivational??

I still don't get it.

I like bourbon, and I like 1911's, but never at the same time.

Where's the motivation? Nice enough photography, but don't quit yer day job, you have no future in in advertising.

As far as the tagline, I have a bunch of both .45's, and 9 mm, and I don't think either is a 'sissy' round. I also shoot 9mm a bit better than I do .45, and if I'm a pansy, I'm a 6'3", 250#, former DE/MLB pansy who could ruin someone's day with any of my 9mm's:neener: :evil:
