Msar xm17 e4

I was wondering if anybody has the msar xm17 e4 rifle and can tell me if they have had any problems with the rifle and where i can purchase the other barrels i want both the 556 barrel and the 7.62 barrel. Will it take steel ar mags and wheres a good place to purchase the rifle. I pretty much would like to know anything and everything about the rifle. What problems should i be aware of and some pics would be nice. I'm new to this site so please bear with me

There is a bullpup forum over on ARF. The MSAR rifles have gone down hill, which is sad because I really dig bullpups.

I don't know if the company is going to survive...it doesn't sound good that is for sure. I almost bought an E4 a few times since I knew someone that worked for MSAR. I am just glad that I didn't buy one.

I have one of the E-4 rifles and like it a lot. I have had no issues with the gun with the exception of sending it in for a factory recall on the mag release. I find the rifle accurate for what it is and fun to shoot. I have tried all kinds of AR mags as well as the factory mags that came with the gun and have had no feed issues.

I'm not too worried about parts if the company goes under because in my experience most guns that make it past 200 rounds will likely never break anything under normal use and good maintenance.
