Neat thx.I have an app on my smartphone called 'Lightning Catcher'. It makes catching muzzle flash easy.I used it to catch muzzle flash from my cap 'n ball revolvers. Works for lightning too.
it is free.

I'm amazed how many people DON"T wear ANY safety protection at all..!!!
Not just shooting, but in the reloading room, work shop wood or metal etc.
If I could afford it, I'm not sure I'd want to be looking through someone else's eye???
Eye's ,fingers, toes are all important to me.....I even wear Red Wing steel toed boots in my shop when working with heavy wood or metal.
And I'm 56 and still have all my original parts....so far..!!!
This is a true short story:
Off Topic, but very important.
I use to have a supervisor many years ago when I worked in the oil field business, he would catch someone without safety glasses on and say, "I know where you can get a good deal on a seeing eye dog"..!!
We all knew what that meant.
It stayed with me all these years!

Anything that lit on fire or exploded had my attention since I was very young!I find it strange that some people are not fascinated by shooting big fireballs..maybe I'm a simpleton.
That's a good photo showing why not to put your hands near the front of the cylinder. I had a friend that kept doing that, and I kept correcting him. Then one time I did not catch it in time and he burn the heck out of fingers. That broke that bad habit.
What no black powder shots?
