Straight up box stock (well, upgraded striker) P-365.

I got a newer model so didn't bother with a new pin, im at 2k rounds no issue, do you find flushfit mags catching on your palm during reloads? It was an issue for me hence the XL frame but all the sub-c's ive run this one is the only one that catches me lut6

Bone stock P365 XL, kydex IWB. Need to shoot it more, but I like it. I could almost forget it's on my hip, so thin and light.

I love red dots on rifles but on a pistol every quiver translates into the red dot zipping around but I'm very proficient with Irons.
Its funny I always buy a gun that a week later there's a version I wanted to begin with, the Ruger American ranch in .223 wanted a 7.62x39 but couldn't afford the CZ carbine then Ruger makes it in 7.62 and on top of salting the wound it took mini-30 mags, the S&W shield when the Gen 2 came out with perfect grip texture so out came the wood burning Iron. The Sig p365 I snagged up then the XL came out and I got lucky cause the frame was cheap at least.

Sharpdog how do you like your streamlight? I love my Valkry but needing the adapter to mount it makes reholstering difficult due to the holster being made to fit, other than that it adds to my purchase of the weapon with a speed pedal-esc like shelf and it held up to a 30yd slide across asphault when I Tboned an idiot on my motorcycle and flew like a ragdoll.

Two of my SP101 snubbies were customized by Jack Weigand, with his “Tame the Beast” package, minus the optional porting. Neither of these have been safe queens, so, they have plenty of character marks.

Recently, I added two pre-owned SP101 snubbies, customized by Marc Morganti, of Gemini Customs. These two are ported. Both looked like they were safe queens, for the previous owner(s), but I will be carrying them, after each is vetted, and the POA/POI relationship sorted-out.

I have a Gen5 G17 Glock, that had been given the Wilson Combat package treatment. This one appears to have been a safe queen for its previous owner, but, it is going to be a carry gun, for me, pending being vetted, when I resume range visits, as this panic-demic fades.

I have a Robar-ized Gen3 G17C, that appears to have been a safe queen for its previous owner. It, too, awaits post-panic-demic vetting, before I carry it. The porting should help with recoil, during training, which is important as one develops arthritis. I may install a non-ported barrel for actual carry.)

I have a Les Baer Premier II, customized by Harrison Custom. I also have a Les Baer Thunder Ranch Special, which has not been customized, after leaving the Baer assembly plant. I have carried both on the sometimes-mean streets of Houston, Texas, in a police duty rig, and during personal time. My right hand has been somewhat gimpy, lately, and neither of these pistols has an ambidextrous thumb safety, so, while they remain defensive weapons, neither has served as a primary carry gun, for a year or so. (I retired from LEO-ing in early 2018, and did continue to tote one or the other of these Baers, for much of the rest of 2018.)

I definitely plan to carry the customized Glocks. I have already used non-customized Glocks, for police duty, and some amount of personal carry. I am fortunate enough to be reasonably ambidextrous with handguns, actually shooting some better lefty, and some better righty. Glocks are better as left-handed guns, for me, being a better fit in my left hand, and my “smarter” left trigger finger is better able to deal with that quirky Glock trigger. (I am left-handed, but right-armed. Any tool bigger than a handgun, or a hammer, I generally use right-handed. I write lefty, and use many small tools lefty.)

I have the same TLR-6 on 5 of my 7 p365s. No problems reholstering in any of the various holsters. It is rounded a lot so maybe that helps melt it some. Note that Simply Rugged does not want you to order the Tribute holster for that gun but it works very well. I had to add some closed cell foam inside the holster under the TLR-6 that pushes the gun up and out against thumb break in the area where the hammer would be.

I want a Sp101 in 327 and 4" barrel and rear sight so bad I want to hunt with it, yea arthritis sucks it is why I want 32 cal it gives alot of options and now that I've been crippled I cant S&R or 2 gun seriously ill take options as idk if Ill be able to provide as much income so gotta maintain what I own and make wise purchases.

Mostly an original version of the Shield. Super reliable gun albeit not the latest and greatest anymore. When prices normalize again I will upgrade to the Shield Plus. I have heard nothing but good things about the new trigger and 8+1 to 13+1 is a notable capacity bump.

I do scale down to a second gen original LCP when I need to pocket carry, which is more frequent in the summer.

I liked my shield but after about 2 months the sig p365 came out and immediately made nearly every single stack obsolete unless it was super slim or small, think Kahr P9 or DB9 (p.o.s) etc . The fact that even Raven made magazines for the Glock that did the same magazine doubling makes me wonder what manufacturers had been waiting for?

Bought a Sig 290rs just before I retired. Started out in 1980 carrying a revolver and I am very satisfied with this gun for an old retired guy. Don’t worry about my Colt combat commander or other nice gun getting beat up , this gun was made for everyday defense. Newer improved versions are out there but this one and a stack of mags and extra springs will work for me

I went the Sig 938 Legion rout for conceal carry gun mostly because I'm well acquainted with the format, and I like a single action trigger.
I can see a Sig 365 XL in my future, it looks promising.
