A little known fact: Although gun oil has well known lubricating properties it also has adhesive properties as well. The adhesive property is observed when a gun is in a prospective buyer's hands at a gun shop. Cosmoline does not just have a preservative property, it is known to generate its own gravitational field. :D

i have a 12 gauge, a 10/22, a 30.06 and i just recently bought a bushmaster M4...which i went through hell to get, as i was denied sale at my local gun shop, and a couple days ago i ordered as WASR 10 ...One gun is far from enough

Is it normal to want more than one?
Yes.
"Got to get a 1911. Hey, might as well get a mousegun. Alright, .357 Smith. Now what? AR-15, Beretta PX4, CZ 75, PT 92, PLR-16?" That's how my thought works.
I need an AR-15 desperately because... it's a good price. The PX4 'cuz it's a high-cap auto and a good price. Same for the next two. The PLR-16... evil looking, powerful, cheap...

See? It's highly addictive. While you're walking out of the gunstore with your new purchase, you notice a half-dozen other guns you'd also like to buy.

Up until 5-6 years ago, I was happy with one gun for each endeavor that I got interested in but now I find that I buy the gun and THEN get interested in whatever that gun does best.
