This is not my first AR but it is the first one that I assembled that did not consist of pinning an upper on to a factory assembled lower and calling it a build. This is also the first time I assembled a stripped lower. Here she is:

BCM 14.5" Middy upper with a permed A2X FH, Spikes BCG, BCM Gun Fighter Mod 4 CH. Troy Drop in rails. Tango down stubby VFG. Stream light TLR1. DD 1.5 Buis. Aimpoint 2moa Comp M3 on a ADM AD68H mount.

RRA lower assembled with a DD LPK. BADASS Ambi Selector. Milspec receiver extension, Spikes ST2 buffer. IKH Slap Plate. Magpul BAD Lever. Magpul MIAD grip and CTR stock.

Sorry for all of the pics. :D

I kept the BCG from a new Spikes upper that I had sold so I used it when I got the BCM upper. I also kept the Spikes ST2 buffer and used it too. The lock up on the CTR is tight but I really see no advantage to it over the MOE stock unless you need the QD mount.

Nice Rifle! Great Job!

Aimpoint is a great optic!

I would have gone with the TRX Extreme handgaurd. (just my preference)

CTR stocks are great. I'm on my 3rd or fourth (different rifles).

I do want to get a lighter rail system eventually. The Troy is kind of heavy. But right now Im still catching my breath from paying 600 bucks for the aimpoint and the mount lol.:what:
