New BCM/Spikes Middy photos

I just assembled my new AR-15 about 20 minutes ago. It is a BCM middy upper with 16" 1/8 twist stainless barrel and BCM bolt and bolt carrier. The lower is a Spikes w/ enhanced LPK. Butt stock is a Magpul UBR. Handguards are Magpul mid length. Scope is a Nikon in a RRA scope mount. What do you think ???

Here's mine. I want to get the UBR and a rifle length MOE handguard (when they come out).

Very nice. I was considering the UBR stock but the high price was a real turn off for me. I have the MOE stock on mine and I know the UBR is heavier so how does your rifle balance out?

I also like the MOE handguards but nobody had them at the time I got all my parts so I just got some Cavalry Arms fat style ones. I also went with a rear magpul MBUS.

These are excellent rifles, BCM and Spikes make great products. Mine is about 1.5 moa with Federal bulk pack from Walmart (55gr). Thats just with open sights and no free float.

The barrel is medium contour so the heavier UBR stock balances out the rifle perfectly for me.

Is that an SS410 barrel that you had the front sight tower pinned to? Those barrels are real shooters.

It's a Bravo Company medium contour barrel. I don't know the number of the steel.

Then yes the barrel is SS410. Shooting match ammo or handloads out of your rifle should yield excellent results.

Awesome, good parts, and good looking AR. I currently have all the parts for a BCM and Spikes build waiting for my return to the states for me to build. I am very much looking foward to it, but this thread has me pumped more and more.
