Its too bad to see a quality craftsman has issues not related to work quality. It seems like the processing/paperwork side is the real issue, including not having the proper build specs nor shipping and billing for the proper order. I've always heard glowing things about Fusion but balked for one of the more mainstream "mass produced" though mid-upper tier 1911's instead. Hope things clear up and are made right. I would certainly be disappointed if not upset with the way the business side of Fusion has treated you. It also shows how dearly we care about customer support and that it has a definitive value.
The work looks great and I'm glad to hear its a pleasure to use. Though not quite what you paid for, it does look good.
