Shooting at the range are costing me that I'd have to stop going. I bought this pistol to shoot in my back yard.

An $11 saving each time. :p

This Crosman pneumatic pistol is a blast and only $6 for 500 pellets. :D

sweet! ive got a modded 1322 I use as a carbine for rats and other pests around the house, great little guns.

Both the Crosman pump-up pistol and the CO2 version are great guns. Accurate enough to hit 2 inch targets at fifty feet with a grip narrow enough for the smallest shooter. The kids and adults at camp love 'em.

You can pretty easily spend a lot of money modding these pistols for better performance, in terms of usability, accuracy and power. I put a steel breech on mine, then a red dot sight, then an improved trigger and sear, plus a stiffer barrel band, and I swear that just barely scratches the surface of what's available for these pistols. Next up will probably be the carbine stock.

The thing is that I owned a dead-stock copy back in high school, and it only failed me after my dad used God-knows-what oil on the seals, then left it to rust inside and out.
