so I gave my dad his garand and in return he gives me a strange ugly looking pistol that has some comparative appearance similar to a water gun and a M3 subgun.

I took it out when I went to the range with my mom (she's getting into shooting her little walther p22) and it was more accurate than I thought it could be with such a short barrel and crude sights.

Should be fun to load up with wolf and pop cans with. I plan on buying a few 50 round mags from CTD when I get back to new mexico.

now that the ban is expired you could always have a gunsmith thread the barrel for you, i think the dimensions would be the same.
my friend has an ab10 and he says the thing is kinda picky on ammo. american eagle works well in it, though and that's usually the cheapest besides wolf or s&b.

Ab10

I've never had a problem with S&B in mine. If you re-load for the AB10...it's kinda picky...NO HP's, and only use 115gr round nose...no FP's either. Accuracy???? At 25yds...everything will stay in a 8.5 x 11 piece of paper. don't expect a one hole group, that's for sure. If you go against the book and load 145gr mil-stuff...it will break the weapon internally, and maybe crack the lower. Otherwise...it's a fun and intimidating looking firearm.:)

AB-10 Ammo

Mine works great with winchester white box once I adjusted the extractor. It will not work at all with wolf or S&B (stovepipes every 3rd or 4th round). Really fun to shoot in the desert rapid fire (you can empty a 32 round mag in 15 sec). Everyone who tries it wants one.:)
