I can't always spare the data to stream music or more often than not my data is spotty and won't allow me to stream where I'm working. But, never fear! I can always call Palmetto State Armory at their customer service line and get free music! I hope they realize what a service they provide to fellas like me who have cheap cell phone plans.
Kidding aside...I've never had to deal with them before, thankfully considering the horror stories I've heard. I just want to know if my new FFL is on file with them, he said he's sent a copy in several times and called 5 times (apparently never got through) but can't get any confirmation that it's now on file, and I don't wanna be stuck waiting after Black Friday anymore than I have to (impatience is a flaw of mine when it comes to firearms).
13:37 - I've realized this is going to take as long as the 45 minutes on the phone with one of my banks this morning. Called my first bank this morning and dealt with a matter all in 5 minutes, why can't all customer service be that prompt?
26:34 - Despondency and despair set in. I really want the Shield they're selling for 299.99 after the discount with free shipping. With my new FFL's $20 transfers I think it's a pretty good deal. $319.99 out the door for a Shield isn't bad around these parts of the world.
28:12 - What's that? A dial tone?!
30:15 - Yeah, they didn't have the FFL on file. They tend to "lose copies of the FFL that are sent to [email protected], send it to [email protected]." But that's not what the FAQ said...and what's more, if you're routinely not getting copies like that maybe you need to reevaluate how their submitted.
I asked my FFL to try one more time to get his copy sent, if he can't then I guess I'll just shop local.
