My OWB to IWB conversion holster.

I seen several threads about carrying inside the waistband. And I thought I’d share an idea I had, maybe give someone an option.

I have a holster for the gp100, it’s cheap leather. Tagua I think, but I’m not sure as the only markings are a steerhead stamp and the numbers 1836.

I wore it OWB for a few days, but it needed a bit more angle. I decided to see if I could make the iwb straps I had from my simplyrugged sourdough pancake holster work. All that was needed is to punch two holes. I punched the rear hole further down, so the holster had a more forward cant. It worked perfectly, and now is very comfortable iwb.

Now that you've got the holes, you might try what I did with my Simply Rugged.

Just regular pull-the-dot snap loops. Of course, my usage is 100% IWB.
