My RCBS 223 dies came today. Very happy with them.

I been upgrading my Lee rifle dies to RCBS. I wasn't going to replace my Lee 223 dies. Because they have a nice finish compared to my other Lee rifle dies. Vista outdoors keeps sending me 20% off for doing product reviews. So i figured why not get the RCBS dies. Sizeing is smoother with the RCBS vs the Lee. I like how the RCBS crimp too.

How are you crimping 223? Got a pic or two?

The die roll crimps. The 2 rounds on the left were crimped with the Lee FCD collet crimp. The ones on the right are the RCBS loaded. It's hard to see the difference in the pics though.

RCBS makes very good reloading stuff. I do not have any Lee stuff in my reloading room any longer with the exception of two old die sets I was given, that I never use, remembrances from my partner, given by his widow.

RCBS makes nice equipment. Its good to see them keeping the standards that we're used to in this time of material and labor shortages.

I agree lightman. A lot of products these days Q/C went down hill.
