I really like 700s, and yours is very nice indeed. It's no surprise, however, to find a bolt action that outshoots an AK. It would be very difficult to find one that doesn't. 
PS: invest in a Jewell trigger and be done with it.

It's funny I was just telling the misses how pleased I am with the rifle, looks and performance. I have the target on my dresser and every time I see it I smile.
I think for now I'll maybe just tweak the stock trigger and give it some more time. Just started a new job this week and figured out I need some more tools in the box to help get the job done. So triggers and reloading supplies are gonna have to get put on the back burner for a minute, damn you responsibilities !
