My heart and prayers go out to the community of Newtown, Connecticut and I am grieving for the families that are suffering during this time. As we continue to learn the facts behind what led to this senseless act, please be assured that I will do all that I can to protect the public while upholding the ideals of our Constitution and Second Amendment rights.
