Not sure if anyone else posted a review of this yet, so sorry if I'm double posting.....but I just saw 300 and wanted to share my comments.
I've read the graphic novel 300, and had very high expectations because all of the previews looked like pages right from the book. Sadly, the movie was ruined by scenes that weren't in the book. Not to ruin the storyline but those who saw it know that there were a few "politician" scenes added that IMO ruined the whole movie, and caused me to lose respect for a few main characters.
The fights were awesome, the speeches breathtaking. Great movie, go see it. I wish I could have enjoyed it more.
There was definately dust or something in the air because my eyes kept watering after some of the more moving speeches and scenes....
