My S&W mdel 10 revolvers

I have two Smith & Wesson model 10 revolvers, one is a four screw and one is a five screw. On my four screw the serial number is C 501XXX. On my five screw the serial number is S 815XXX. Can anyone tell me the date of manufacture for these guns? I am totally uneducated about the serial numbers and date of manufacture.
I have heard the four screws are pre 1963 and the five screws are pre 1956. Please correct me if I am in error.

C501XXX - 1961-1962

The 5 screw is technically a pre-10 or Military and Police, both are classic revolvers.
