My Saiga 12 conversion

This is Saiga build by Cadiz Gun Works. It was there for warranty work (vodka special) so I figured I would get a professional conversion. I tried to get some close-ups of the nice finishing work where the welded the holes and ground them down and refinished. I also got a krebs ghost ring sight for turkey and deer hunting.

Now I am going to get the AK Builder Win Choke converter so I can get an extra full turkey choke and a rifled choke so I can turkey and deer hunt with this. Anyone who had a stock Saiga really should feel the difference after a conversion makes it a very handy little hunting shotgun.

Anyone want to buy my old Saiga skeleton stock? It is unshot just mounted.

Also anyone interested in trading their 5 round russian magazine for a 10 round AGP magazine? I am looking to get more russian mags and will do a straight up trade.

Just FYI, the Taiwanese 5 rnd. mags saiga-12.com sells are very good. I've been very pleased with them, and have had zero stoppages while using them. They're cheap, too.

I'm still saving for my drum. I assume you saw that Mike D is bringing out a doublestack mag soon....

Thanks, I thought it turned out well for having a "thumbhole". Yes I have 6 of the keepshooting.com mags and they are good. I'm in NY so anything over 10 rounds is taboo (therefore the "thumbhole" stock also).

Nice looking build ----- I would trade you a 5 rd. mag for your 10 rd. mag.

I've had this Saiga for 3 or 4 years ------- how can I tell if the 5 rd. mag is Russian ??

The russian 5 rounders have a bit of a rough finish while the keepshooting.com 5 rounders have a smooth plastic finish. If it came with the shotgun it is a russian magazine. Send me a PM and I will send you my email address. I have another guy interested too let me figure out what he has. Here are the 3 AGP mags btw. Brand new never been fitted to my shotgun, generation 2:
