Nail Gun Controll

I was doing some dumb thinking and they are alway trying to pass new gun controll issues and trying to ban this and that so what about nail gun controll afterall with theas new battery operated nail gun you could go any were and tap some one with a nail and and almost if not kill them and with a little rigging you shoot one with out having to press it against some thing.
Just some funny rambeling thoughts
