so I found this on slickguns http://www.centerfiresystems.com/ri0034.aspx and it looks cool. The price is certainly right. I googled it and found no information about it on the company website or facebook page, and a couple threads over on ar15.com asking basically the same thing I am.

As a lefty I don't like the left side charging handle, but other than that it looks promising. Kind of like a less ugly version of the justright carbine. I have that utg rail on my ar and have been quite impressed. it seems as good as the midwest gen 2 I have as well.

Do yall know anything further? I'm entertaining the idea of a 9mm carbine/SBR, and the options just aren't that plentiful or inspiring unless they are expensive.

I've never heard of this, and there doesn't appear to be any solid information on the net. A 9mm carbine to play around with is on my wish list. I'm interested to hear if anyone has first hand experience with this one.

If it uses Glock 17 mags and has the bolt heavy enough and cut properly to clear the single stack mags, hard to see why it wouldn't run great!

I saw that Email "special" and if its not a typo and is a complete gun, its about twice what a QuarterCircle 10 stripped lower goes for.

I messaged mag tactical systems on facebook, and even though it was sunday I got a reply. (not much of one, but a reply nevertheless)

"brand new. contact centerfire systems for more info" and a picture I have attached

Horrible impulse buy

Well, I hope it's good, since I just ordered one.

I saw that new Keltec sub2000 and was thinking I would like to have that, however, being that I don't want to wait another 2 yrs to find one and I do already own the previous model, I will give this a try.

I really like the charging handle on the left side of this one. I'm also with you it's a prettier version of the Just Right Carbine...I just hope it Just Right Works!

M.

welcome to the forum chief. let us know how it works out for you. The left side charging handle is the only thing holding me back. But then, I'm left handed, and this whole new put philosophy of the charging handle on the correct side for right handed people is throwing off my groove.

I'll be waiting on the report too. I got the email from center fire systems too and that thing nearly pried my wallet open. It looks like a lot of fun

Nano 9mm Carbine

I will let you guys know when it comes in and I'm planning on hitting the range very soon after. I'm actually excited about this one as I really didn't want to buy another plastic/polymer 9mm carbine. I'm sure this one will cost me extra as I dislike the original stock, now I need another AFG, Red dot, but I have a few lying around for testing purposes. Meanwhile, I have a 3 yr old still unfired Vector UZI, I haven't even fired yet. I really wish I would have know, how darn heavy they were before I bought it.

Have a great day!

sell it. that's 8 or 900 bucks sitting there. pay for your new gun and parts. or get a new washer/dryer set. or buy the wife something shiny. Life's too short to keep something you don't like.

I bought one as well and will report back as well.

Here is a partial review by someone else:

And an article on it:

I personally cant wait. Its exactly what i've been wanting as a suppressor host.

If it runs well on Glock mags it will be a nice rifle for the money as far as 9MM AR and ARish carbines go.

I received my Nano LDR-9 the other day. I haven't been able to shoot it as I've been sick, so maybe tomorrow, I can give you a range report. Anyway, here are my first impressions.

1. Fit and Finish, quite nice, robust, feels like a AR, very solid.
2. I immediately put Korean 33 round magazines in it and what I found is...it's nearly impossible for me (and I'm not weak) to pull the magazine out with the weapon shouldered. The magazines would not drop free loaded or unloaded. However, I did find that 15 round Glock 19 magazines removed much easier, but still did not drop free. The angle or slope of the magazine well, is certainly different than any other 90 degree AR type rifle.
3. What needs to be changed immediatley

a. AR15 A2 hand grip if your hand is medium in size or larger, it's simply not going to work, actually hurts as it sort of bites between my fingers.

b. UTG Pro butt stock, not so much that it's not function, it's just not that comfortable and frankly it's quite unattractive.

c. The magazine release button, looks like they used, California bullet button releases as they are like identical in appearance and the button definitely extends further from the receiver than a AR15. No issue, however, the edge of the magazine release is quite sharp and certainly not so much of a pleasure to rub your finger across.

d. The rifle, DID NOT come with any instructions, no booklet, NOTHING. It was literally a rifle in a cardboard box with a Korean 15 round magazine.

4. The trigger is a single stage, US military style, not horrible but certainly not an upgraded feature. I did read that the trigger is compatible with AR style triggers, hammers, etc. However, I haven't broken the rifle down.

I will try to take a few photos, it's going to be with my cell phone, so not the best quality.
