Over 21 years ago Natchez Shooters Supply was started as a wholesale distributor of reloading components. The entirety of our sales came from making local deliveries to dealers throughout Tennessee, and the northern Georgia and Alabama areas. It was upon this dealer foundation that Natchez Shooters Supply grew from a two man operation in the basement of a house into the large warehouse distributor that it is today.

Due to strong loyal commitments with our local dealers that have supported our business for over 21 years, we feel that it would be best if we did not compete with our them by selling directly to their customers. Thats a pretty decent business model. I mean, they are making thier money either way, but to not push out the middle man or little guy, is nice.

Nice to see. I'd say I'd buy more from them but I already get most ammo and scopes and such from them. Website is a little old fashioned but prices are good and they ship quick.

Replaced Midway quite a while ago as my go to vendor when Midway started their chicken practice of discriminating against NJ gun owners by requiring all kinds of info to sell you a box of .22lr

I doubt that anyone in Tennessee really cares (Natchez is in TN).
TN has the highest sales tax of any state. Who wants to pay an extra 10% on everything they buy? Besides, Natchez has high shipping charges so it's a double negative.

Natchez Shooters Supply also treats it's neighbors to the north (Canada) well by selling to us whatever is legal to export.
This is unlike Midway USA which has set up shop in practically every country possible with the exception of Canada.

The Brownells family of companies as well as Natchez and Graf and Sons gets all my US purchases.

It's refreshing that a company isn't trying to undercut their downstream dealers.
I see just the reverse too often in other industries.

I too appreciate Natchez's international policies for Canadian customers.

Apparently Midway dropped the ball earlier in ITAR export compliance to Canada and paid some big fines to the USG. Too bad, they treated me well when they were shipping to Canada. They reacted by ceasing all exports of anything to Canada.

There are rumours that Midway will "soon" open a Midway Canada storefront. We'll see how that works out.

I for a long time wondered the same thing. I have always had a positive experience with Natchez. Their prices have to me always been competitive and their service top-notch.Now- Midway is a different story for another time and place.

Natchez has high shipping charges so it's a double negative.

They have some of the best shipping prices by having two different shipping vendors...DHL and UPS. They are usually the cheapest in terms of shipping and have the great pricing on merchandise.

Yeah, I don't get the high shipping critique on Natchez Shooters. I just ordered some stuff, which came out to be $30 cheaper than had I bought it at Midway, and went with the DHL at a reasonable price, which was about $4 cheaper than the UPS option.

Grafs shipping is $6.95 for everything....Natchez wouldn't even ship you a bore brush for that.

A $1.44 bore brush from Natchez would cost $18.86 in shipping by UPS ground.

One little point you might want to ask of Natchez is who the supposed dealer are they're trying to protect from the people that would just drive 10 miles down the highway to Sportsmans Warehouse or Academy..... might be an interesting answer or most likely you'll get the we can't tell ya answer.

I bought a lot of stuff from them in the mid 90's. But the shipping fee has become a profit center to the left coast; I put together an order, check the shipping, don't order.
