Navidrex 1911 slim grip panel compatibility?

I have Navidrex Slim Grips (found in brownells) on my Colt Commander. It has the Navidrex grip bushings and fits perfectly. I was wondering if other slim grip panels are compatible with the height of the grip panels sold by Navidrex. For example, will Chip McCormick fit by simply unscrewing my panels and screwing in others? Please let me know.

I would say any slim grip would fit the slim bushings. I have slim bushings on my Springfield Champion and have used two different grips with no problems.

Altamont/AFS slim grips are bit thinner than the standard 5/32" slim grips and use a different bushing and grip screw. Alumagrips, navidrex, McCormick, and Wilson slim grips will all fit on the same bushings and use the same screws.
