I'm a handloader and have been considering buying a single action in 45 Colt. I've considered Ruger's Blackhawk and Vaquero, and US Firearms' Rodeo and SAA and I know they're strong.

But how about Navy Arms? Can they be loaded to Ruger levels, or should they be limited to Colt SAA levels?

The Navy Arms is made by Uberti and is one of the Italian SAA clones. As such it is not stronger than the original. By the way, none of the Colt copies should be loaded to "Ruger levels", including the Rodeo and SAA. The cylinder walls and the top strap are too thin. The Colt SAA is a black powder design, even with modern steel.
