Anyone know of some rifle ranges near Raleigh NC that I can practice at durning weekdays? (I work nights and weekends)

Got the funds to start but it's all for nought if I can't shoot.

    Thanks for your time

Ft. (Camp, actually, I think) Butner in Butner, NC (just north of Raleigh is one of the PREMIER HP ranges in the country. I'm jealous...VERY jealous. Here's your website: http://www.northstateshootingclub.com/

Now, the WHY of why I'm so jealous. I'm a North Carolinian by birth, and that is a gorgeous and well ran range. Maybe one day I'l move back and start competing there. :D

Check out this link. It's on the N C Rifle & Pistol Association's home page. I know it has indoor and pistol ranges, but there are rifle ranges on it also.

Sir Walter is in Creedmore north of Raleigh. I've shot there when we had Pistol competitions in The N C State Games. Unlike this year! :cuss: :scrutiny: Nice ranges & facilities.
