If you have your Ohio CCW and want to take your training to the next level, here are some classes for you. My partner and I will be teaching two different Intermediate Concealed Carry classes this spring. We have several dates for each class.
The first will be an eight hour class held on a Monday and Tuesday evenings 5pm to 9pm each night. It will be held at the Deer Hunter indoor range in Norton, Ohio. This will be a condensed version of the sixteen hour class and will only be limited by time and range design. Tuition is $135.
The second class will be sixteen hours and held on a Saturday and Sunday. This class will be held at the outdoor Faircrest Range which is located south of Canton, Ohio. The outdoor range and two full days allow us to conduct a more challenging class. Tuition for this class is $200.
The topics to be covered include the following; enhanced trigger control, shooting while moving, single hand shooting, shooting around barriers, reloading drills, malfunction drills, drawing from concealment and scenario drills. Class sizes are limited to insure personal attention.

Now if you are wondering who we are and what type of background we come from, here is a short bio on Dave and myself.
Dave has a military background from the US Army and Navy. His Navy time was spent in Naval Special Warfare and he was assigned to a SEAL team. His specialty was in weapons. He now is a firefighter/medic for a city fire department and is a tactical medic for the city’s SWAT team.
I have been a police officer for over 20 years and a firearms instructor since 1987. I have been a member of our department’s SWAT team since 1990. I have attended most major shooting schools in the US and attended over 40 different firearms classes.
