When I used cast bullets in the 9mm I opted for the 147 gr to prevent leading. The W-W 14th edition reloading manual gave 3.5 gr. W-231 as max with that bullet at ca 900 fps. I used between 3.3 and 3.5 gr. for an accurate and soft shooting load with the 147 gr. cast lead bullet. A number of fellow shooters have experienced leading when attempting to use the lighter bullets and pushing them over 1000 fps.

I've used MBC on a couple occasions. I know for a fact that if you don't see what you need get ahold of them and ask and more than likely they can accomadate you. If you want their 124 gr. round ball sized to .358 just ask. If you want a softer alloy just ask.

Yeah, my Taurus slugged at .356. My RCBS mold drops the bullets at .3575 so I don't even have to size them. Just pan lube and load.
Slugging is easy and with the variances in 9mm bores I think its a good idea.
If the .356 bullets work for you and you have to buy them, I wouldn't go with anyone but Missouri Bullets. They're awesome.
