Need Glock Fire control Help!

I installed a Scherrer 3.5lbs disconnector in my Glock 17 a couple of days ago. I ran two mags through it with no problems. Tonight when I went out to shoot the gun would either not reset the trigger or it would fire two to three round bursts. While that was certainly fun and exciting, it is not desirable. Anyone have any guess why it has decided to switch to burst fire? Thanks in advance for any help.

Tried those guys over at Glocktalk.com? I'm not familiar with the different trigger connectors and springs you can run in Glocks, so I've no idea what you did, but if anyone did, they would.

I haven't messed with Glocks in quite a while, but I'd ditch the 3.5 connector and go back to the factory connector. There was a problem with some Alchemy Arms 3.5 connectors but Scherer were always considered higher quality.... However, Scherer connectors still aren't as good as Glock's connector.

I got the opportunity to see my gunsmith this morning, he seemed to think that I had a mis-shaped disconnector. So I plan to contact Scherer monday. Thanks for the help.
