need help appraising

I'm going to an auction this coming weekend, and would like to know roughly how much I should bid for the following two rifles :

29. Howa Model 1500, .223 Rem bolt action rifle w/ varmint scope and weighted barrel

30. Springfield-Savage, 222 bolt action rifle w/scope and sling

I do not know the condition of these, but just assume they are good-fair.
