You might try looking on www.gunsinternational.com - it is NOT an auction site, merely a for sale site with guns offered by some of the best businesses in the business of selling guns
Depending on your budget, you might also look at Cole's - THE Beretta folks in the US
I have already called Cole's, needed some extras for the 2 390's I already have, gas springs and magazine cap with a swivel, they were a no go on any 20 390 when I called.
Good luck. It took me only 3 months to find a 20ga 390 for my boy. Then 6 months to give up finding another for myself. Three months later I found a 28" 20 ga 391 for myself. Prefer the 390 to the 391.
Subgauge Beretta autos are increasingly hard to find and will be more so until Beretta decides to produce the A400 in 20 gauge. A local dealer in my part of the world got three 20 gauge 391 Sportings in stock and they were gone in days. I got one of them and have already been offered more than I paid for it.
Good luck with your search. I'm not in the U.S. so can't be of much help.
Someone on another forum pm'd me that the A300 will be produced in a 20ga, any truth to the rumor?
I bought 2 303's locally, one is LNIB and the other will be my daughters duck and dove gun. They are the latest models with choke tubes and 3" chambers, made just prior to the 390 introduction.
If you want the Beretta 390, do not settle for any thing else. Once you shoot it you will love the gun. Take your time, good things are worth the wait. Good luck on your search.
I had a 12ga 303 back in the late 90's, but never shot it. I picked this 20ga up today. Dates to 1990, has a 3" chamber and a 26" Mobile choked barrel. Went straight to the farm and ran 2 boxes of Top Gun target loads thru it and it never missed a beat or a traget. I was hesitant to make the deal on this one versus the 390 20ga I wanted, but I am very happy I made the deal now, it is a pleasure to shoot. The original owner said all he has ever used it for was dove and quail a couple of times a yr and it shows it.
I am still looking for a 390 20ga, but this little gem will probably be all I ever need.
