Need help from Gunpal

Hi, new here. I am trying to get in touch with the owner(s)/managers of Gunpal. I tried to contact artherd on this site, but it seems that he isn't accepting email/PM. I have been waiting for a check since 12/31/09. I opened a ticket on Jan 15, and I still have not received my money. The person that sent me the money is waiting on his item from me patiently, because we agreed to wait for me to receive the money.

Thank you, but as I already said, I have a ticket open with them that is almost a month old, and there hasn't been any resolution yet.

If you can't get a response from them, try going through Auction Arms, or whichever client your transaction was done on.

I am not a member of Gunpal but it would seem to me they should have, as part of their site, a status of payment that can be checked on. Also some contact information should be posted somewhere on their web site.

Look through the site info for anything that may help. Individuals that are part of the Gunpal structure whould be listed on a "about us" type page. There should also be contact information somewhere as well.
