Need help identifying

First off, I'd like to say hello since this is my first post on your interesting forum.
I would seek assistance in identifying this single shot bolt action 22. It was made in Germany (stamped under the barrel) it carries the markings Crown over U,B and G and the receiver and bolt are stamped Crown over B and U. The barrel lenght is 23 inches, and the butt plate is metal.

It looks to me like a post-WW1 "boy's rifle" that was imported from Germany for the North American market. "FLZ" is "Friedrich Langehan Zella" (Zella-Mehlis is where Langenhan was located, along with Walther), and the letter stamps are typical German proofs of the period. Since they stamped it "Ever Ready" (with German-style quotes), it's clear that they intended it for an export market, and these sorts of things were a popular export item during the 1920's, when Germany was desperate for cash to pay off its WW1 reparations.
