Need help putting together a CA-legal AR in 6.5 Grendel

I am interested in building an AR chambered in 6.5 Grendel that is California compliant (preferably without a handgrip and with a detachable magazine) and am wondering where I can find quality components and roughly how much they would cost. Many thanks to you in advance.
