Shooting 30-06 primarly at paper from 100-300 yards
Need help with bullet choice
Don't need killing expansion as much as just accuracy
Any help would be appreciated

Berger also makes accurate bullets, but the most important thing is to work up a load and find the most accurate bullet, powder type, and powder charge for your particular rifle. Bottom line is that Hornady might be super accurate and Sierra not so good, or the opposite may be true. You will only solve this problem through experimentation, and maybe lots of it.

I shoot hornady Bulk 150gr FMJBT out of my M1 with exceptional accuracy, I know many other choices will give better results but the bulk bullets also help keep the cost down.

This is a good one, less expensive and not mentioned yet, less recoil.;) I believe the 168 BT is one that has is a well proven bullet. Quite a bit has to do with your loading and what powder you are using velocity and of course you and your rifle.

I'd look at the lighter bullets. The 125gr TNT works awesome to 200yds. The only drawback is that the wind starts to grab onto it in a noticible manner after that point. Sierra has a new 135gr matchking that should be very good. Another excellent bullet is the Nosler 155.

I like a 165g bullet for '06.

I tend to use Nosler BT, but for range time I shoot a Speer SPBT which prints about the same as the Nosler for me.

I want to thank everyone for their help
This will help us get started
Thanks
