need help with Dad's Winchester Model 25

I'm trying to help my father get his Winchester Model 25 solid frame pump 12 ga back in action. It will pump smoothly empty or loaded, but the pump jams after the first shot. Not always, just sometimes. Doesn't seem to matter what load - happens with slugs too.

Probably just needs a thorough cleaning, but the pump action is a bugger to break down. Anyone have access to an exploded parts diagram? I have the Numrich catalog but no diagrams for this model.

I know on that model (and the Model 12) you need to bring the pump all the way forward before it will cycle. Maybe it is even more pronounced when it's a bit dirty.
