Just bought some 7625 powder a few days ago from PV. I've never loaded it before. I've looked at the manufacturer's data but am wanting to know what your recipe is for 115 RN plated & 124/5 RN lead. Care to share & how you rate it? Thanks!

SR 7625 is a fantastic powder for 9mm, meters perfect and shoots clean. I use 3.4 gr under a 147 gr lead or coated projectile and its so soft it almost tickles. I use to use 124 gr plated and I loaded them to 4.1 gr at about 1.25 OAL. Both loads shot out of an Xdm5.25. Sadly rumor is 7625 is going to be discontinued after this year. I'm going to buy as much as I can find.

Thanks Jesse...When I got home from work Weds afternoon (1/22) it was going fast 'n furious! I bought 4 lbs and it was sold out soon after.

Keep in mind that 7625 is on the "to be discontinued" list this year. Same as PB, 4007, 4759, and 4756 if I remember the list correctly. 4756 is one of my favorite powders so it is the one I worry about.

I was fortunate to place that PV order. I was at a LGS a week ago and they had a 1 lb. bottle of 4756. At the time I was toying with that one or the 7625. When I saw the $$ sticker on the green label, I immediately punted it back to the counter guy...$42!!!
