All,
I know nothing about A5s, but have always respected the reputation and following. I am currently shopping for a new hunting/clays gun in semi or sxs.
I came across a Browning A5 Light 12, Japanese make and 3 Invector chokes (please xplain Investor chokes). It appears to be unfired as the bore is spotless, there is still packing grease inside the forearm on the mag tube and there are no scratches inside the receiver. Some handling marks on the stock, but the wood is in excellent condition. No exterior marks except for a small blemish on the magazine knob.
Store is asking $500. What am I looking at, where can i get more info on humbacks and am I in trouble financially? I hear that A5s are the original "once you have one you will want others" like my beloved CZ handguns.
