Need info on PWA AR-15's

Considering the purchase of a PWA AR-15, due to the price (maybe) being right.

Seems to be of pretty good quality, but I don't know enough about them.

Can anyone provide any info or feed back on these?

If I am not mistaken PWA never made a complete rifle just lowers . I also believe they are all preban . Just to be on the safe side though Check over at ar15.com

Not sure about the complete rifle thing but I bought a complete lower just before the ban in California. Definately POST ban. I even ran the serial # somewhere and again, POST ban. Luckily I already had a preban Eagle Arms! I have no complaints whatsoever about the PWA. It is on par with every other lower out there. Buy it.

PWA made both pre-and post ban lowers, and of course they are only considered pre if the rifle was completed before the ban. There is a S/N guide out there somewhere. I own a pre-ban PWA and the machining is EXCELLENT.

35222 and Below - Pre-Ban (Note:Some lowers are cast not forged. Out of business) Post-ban have a year prefix in the serial number. Rumored to have only sold lowers.
