Need Infomation about S&W S.D. / M&P Sights

Can anyone let me know if the S&W S.D. & the M&P sights are the same size & are interchangeable? I read that on a thread awhile back if I am remembering right. Thanks!

Yes, I have an SD9 and have read that M&P sights fit. Thats one of the nice things about the newer SDVE's, you can upgrade them fairly easily and inexpensively.

They're exactly the same. My SD40VE actually has the rear sight on it that came on my M&P 9L.
