Hello all, I need published load data for the 500 using H110 and 370 grn lead gas check trueshot bullets...can somebody please post something or let me know where to look.thanks

Lyman cast bullet handbook, 4th ed.
Data is for a plain base, gas check can be loaded to 45000 psi

375 gr. #2 alloy Lyman #501680 oal 2.035 LR primer

H110 32.0 gr 1460 fps 22600 psi; 35.5 gr 1650 fps 32900 psi

35.5 H110 375gr bullet 1650fps  that hurts me just reading it. :D

Rented and shot a .500, was not as bad as I anticipated, but you sure know when you touch one off.:)

Go to www.loadswap.com and look up the different loads they have under 500. That's where I've got my loads, they are posted by people actually shooting the caliber. Lots of good info there for all different kinds of calibers.

im having a little trouble finding data for the 335 grn Rainiers plated bullets with h-110, longshot...maybe a powder recommendation also ...thanks everyone

I loaded some 375gr lead with 34.0gr w296(h110) and they were very mild. I didnt have a chance to run them over the chronograph but I doubt they got anywhere near 1600fps. 43gr w296 and a 350gr jacketed xtp got me 1670fps from an 8" gun. Those were still very comfortable to shoot.

I recently got into loading the 500 and the amount of conflicting data out there is mind boggling. It makes you really question hodgdon's "do not reduce more than 3%" rule printed on the cans of h110. Hodgdon lists 44.5gr starting and 47gr max for a 370gr lead bullet.

as for those berry's 335gr bullets- closest thing Im getting is a speer 325gr JHP 40.6gr start 41.9gr max. If It were me, I would load up a few each at 39, 40, 41 and 42gr. BUT- As always in these gray areas- proceed at your own risk :D

man I am relieved im not the only one that was coming up with conflicting data results, had me thinking and double thinking my mind was in a blender..
any way I have seen or read that people were reloading these 335's higher than what rainier recommends of 1200fps at a velocity of 17,18,1900 fps...Ramshot has data for them with around 3 different powders at 1900fps...their reduced load data shows 2 powders, accurate no 2 and 5744..witch I don't have, use or know if available
