Need Model of this gun (pic included)

Hey guys...I saved this picture of a gorgeous little gun a while back. It may be one of yours...There was something about it that just stuck out to me and I ain't sure what. I can't remember where I downloaded it from. Anyways, can anyone tell me what model this is...I can't really tell from the picture. Thanks!

Looks like it says Model 1950 on the barrel.

Man...I thought that said 1950...but wasn't sure. I think I need one! Anyone have any experience with that gun with that style grips?

I have one and like it very much, my hands are big so I needed a t-grip, but I highly recomend it.

They are similiar to the stocks S&W used on all early N-Frame hand ejectors up until about 1950.
The real Model 1950 Military came with slightly larger Magna stocks. The 1950 Target came with Target type stocks.

When S&W brought out the Classic series like that one, they went too retro and used the small stocks never used on any model 1950.

If it was mine, I would leave them on and add a Tyler T-Grip to take up some room behind the trigger guard, and also to keep the gun from twisting in the hand during recoil.
