need new online ammo supplier

I've been buying from ammunitiontogo.com but lately it
seems that they are out of stock. :banghead:

I'm particularly looking for .45 ACP FMJ's.

Anyone use another online supplier that you can
recommend?

I'm in the Cincinnati area. I have no problem getting 9mm at WalMart but someone is beating me to the .45 ammo. Heck, I can even find .223 in abundance.

Supplies are thin to non-existant

In an economy where almost every company wants your business, WHY is ammo/reloading components so difficult to come by? I have two backorders for primers and powder. I cannot believe that the average American can afford to horde during this economic chaos in time. I think availabilty does not exist at this time. Who's fault is this, concerning American Citizens? cliffy

It is the fault of everyone who is buying up all the available ammo and components, that's who. Look in the mirror. We are experiencing an unprecedented uptick in panic/hording buying that superceeds any shortage that I've seen in my 4 decades of firearm/ammo buying. We have more new shooters/firearms owners than ever before. That, in the long run is a good thing. There is a reason for that. People are scared. Whether it's a valid fear or not, it exists. When the supply vs demand thing evens out, you'll see more availability. Until then you just have to be patient. Panicing will only exacerbate the problem.
This shortage has been going on and getting worse for nearly a year now, and just now people are noticing it. Maybe they were hoping for a different kind of change.
