Help Identifying Remington Shotgun

Could anyone help to identify a remington model with elaborate carving or etching on the reciever. The only number found is onthe bottom of reciever and that number is 65619. The barrel contains Manufactured by the reming. arms comp. ilion ny brownings patents usa oct 1900dec 17 o01 sept 20 02.
it also has elaborate engraveing of something like swirls. There is not a marking on an ordanance symbol so I do not believe it to be war time issue

Does it look like a pump, double barrel, single-shot, or a semi-auto?
In 12 ga, 16 ga, 20 ga, or something else entirely?

Yea!
That right there would be what we sometimes in the know like to call a Clue!!

Just guessing though, it is probably a Model 11 12 ga semi-auto shotgun.
