It appears (as others have concluded) you have the Lee Deluxe Turret press, missing a turret disk and the primer arm.
With those two items, you would have a working press. I suspect the disk could be had without waiting very long. The priming arm would be similarly quick in coming or you could use an off-press hand priming tool.
That would get you to the point where you could at least load SOMETHING.
I don't know how long you would have to wait for a Pro-1000 or a new, complete turret press (The Lee Classic Turret is far superior to the Lee Deluxe Turret, by the way).
The Pro-1000 press is decent; I had two of them. I use a Lee Classic Turret now and am much happier. Monitoring all the simultaneous actions drove me crazy. I also load multiple calibers and caliber swaps are much simpler with the turret press. Ultimately, I found the Pro-1000 to be only marginally faster than the Classic Turret, mainly because I was stopping at every stroke to check on all the events (primer set, place a bullet, see the powder drop etc). All those things took me the same amount of time on the progressive as they do on the turret.
What I am saying is, if you get a chance at a Classic Turret before the Pro-1000, get the one you can get. Also, don't reject the Lee Loadmaster progressive if one becomes available. It's not that much more expensive than the Pro-1000 and has 5 stations available.
My advice: Get the parts to put the press you have into service (3-hole disk and primer arm-less than $20-$25, I bet). When you can get your progressive, sell this one.
Good luck.
