NEF Pardner 12 gauge question????

It's a Chinese copy of a US design, and probably worth what you pay for it. That said, I'd rather buy a used Remington 870, Winchester 1300/1400, or Mossberg 500 for the same or a bit more money. At least I know that I can get parts if I need them, and I'm not that likely to need them in the first place!

I don't think very highly of yet another "American" gun company dumping yet another Chinese made product on the market in an effort to gain market share when better marketing and advertising pride in American made products could do the same thing.
See the post about the Maverick 88.
At least these guns are really "Assembled in America."

Get a used 870. Better gun for the same price or lower. Plus, you have the entire aftermarket of 870 parts and accessories to choose from after your purchase.

I handled a Pardner at Gander Mtn and wasn't impressed. If I was broke and there were no used 870s or new 870 Express guns around, then I *MIGHT* be tempted. Their single shot line is a better bargain IMO.

Hey guys thanks for the info. I just seen they were on sale in the Fleet farm ad. I was kind of thinkging that they were not the best gun. I was planing on buying Rem. 870 in a few weeks. But I just wanted to see if they were anything special. I just have to see how much I owe the goverment after taxes!
