Nevada SB 92 To Have Hearing This Week

S.B. 92, the proposal to eliminate Clark County's onerous handgun registration ordinance will have its first hearing on Wednesday, March 14th. If you can be in Carson City or at the Grant Sawyer building in Las Vegas for the Governmental Affairs meeting that day then I encourage you to do so.

I have often thought of moving to Sin City and this would be a great thing to see gone. My state will soon be registering guns and I am really upset by it.

Gunsmith & Tecumseh--Let your voices be heard as well. Email members of the Committee and let them know that the firearms registration affects you as well. If you're from another city in Nevada or even from another city in the U.S. you currently MUST register your handgun if you're here for more than 24 hours.

If you have a valid Nevada CCW, you still MUST register. If you're here for a competition or as a vendor at a gunshow, you still MUST register!

It's time that this grandfathered ordinance be over ruled by the State of Nevada.
