I know Patricia Saye Personally. I endorse her in every way possible!
---------------------------------------------------

"You can have a 'Saye' in the Nevada Legislature"
when you vote for Patricia Saye November 2nd, 2004!

The following article appeared on Page A-10 in this weeks, Thursday, May 27, 2004 issue, of the Las Vegas Tribune Newspaper written by Tribune Media Group.

I am very honored by what they had to say, and wanted to share it with you.

Is it time for a Saye in Carson City?

Many readers have said they are mad as hell, and not going to take it any more. They said they want to have a say in what goes on in Carson City in our Nevada Legislature.

We at the Las Vegas Tribune feel the same way, and that is why we want to tell you about Patricia Saye, seeking the 41st seat of the Nevada Assembly on the Republican ticket.

Patricia first came to us in November 1999 when we asked for help in our office as a secretary, when she had “The Liberty Hour with Lady Libertyâ€, on the only Christian talk radio station in Las Vegas, KKVV.

She worked an 8 hr. shift at KKVV, until 2:00 a.m., went home to sleep, and in our office by 9:00 a.m., or 10:00 a.m. at the latest, working until 5:00 p.m. when she had to be at the radio station. Every Monday through Friday, she came to the office, and jumped right in, answering the phones, working with the public, and the rest of the Tribune staff, alway there to help, whenever she was needed, as she still is.

Why are we telling you this? We want you to know, Patricia is not afraid of hard work or long hours. When there is a job to get done, she’s the one you can count on. This is one lady that will work whatever hours are needed for Nevadans when she is elected to the 41st seat of the Nevada Assembly, and we don’t know of anyone better to serve us in Carson City. We will finally have a “Saye†in the Nevada Legislature, Patricia Saye, that is, and it’s about time!

Many of you have read Patricia’s articles in the Las Vegas Tribune, and many of you have written us telling us how much you liked where she stood on the various issues that affect our daily lives. Therefore, many of you also know she is a fighter for our freedom, liberty and the proper role of government. What better way for us to have a say in Carson City is there, than to have Patricia Saye sitting in the 41st seat of the Nevada Assembly?

There is none. And there is more.

When Patricia raises her hand to swear to Almighty God that she will preserve, protect, and defend both, the Constitution for the united states of America, and the Constitution for the state of Nevada, she will mean it with all her heart.

Before every vote she takes, Patricia will ask herself, if the legislation under consideration is constitutional. Of course, we know it virtually never is. She will not support any bill, which violates any of our Constitutional rights.

As a 40-year resident of Clark County, Patricia has experienced first hand the impact of state and federal legislation on one of the fastest growing areas in the country. As a concerned citizen of this state, she wants to “serve†you in our state legislature as a statesman, and not as a politician! What a novel idea! A servant of the people! You see… we can finally have a say in the Nevada Legislature.

The continuing rise in taxes leaves most in this valley, and those of the 41st Assembly District, thinking that no one in Carson City worries about the burden they are imposing on each of us, as individuals or businesses.

Patricia Saye will be available to every Nevadan who has a concern, as she will maintain an “open door†policy with you, and will be available to you by phone, and/or e-mails. It may take her a day or two, but she is the type of person to return your calls, or respond to your e-mails. Give her time to respond, as she will be working hard for you, with long hours of committee meeting and etc., fighting for you.

Patricia is excited about the possibilities of serving with those who took a tough stand against the increase of, and additional taxation by the Democrats, the Governor and the unconstitutional decision of the Nevada Supreme Court Judges. She hopes these taxes can be repealed during the next legislation session. Saye will say no, to any new taxes.

Although surveys show that the majority of Nevadans embrace traditional values, the minority groups are using the courts to legislate their view of morality, it is time to bring them both to a halt, and Patricia Saye will fight to stop this judicial tyranny. She supports a “Judicial Accountability Initiative Law.â€

While many candidates for public office try to avoid telling you where they stand on the issues, Patricia wants you to know exactly where she stands. Patricia was raised to be honest and forthright. She was taught to tell the truth, work hard, and believe in God, Country and Family. That’s why, when she takes her Oath of Office, you know she will analyze each bill for its constitutionality before she votes, so she can protect your rights, freedoms and liberties.

We know, that when she goes to Carson City, it will be with an agenda to represent you with lower taxes, limited government, parent-led education, defend your Constitutional rights, pro-life, and pro-family values, and so much more. Yes! We CAN have a SAYE in Carson City!

She is committed to the principles of our founding fathers, which is the foundation of this country.

If you agree with us, the Las Vegas Tribune, that we need a strong, Christian, Constitutional Republican in Carson City, then we ask that you support her both financially and physically.

If you live in AD-41: “You can have a Saye in Carson City†if you will help both financially and physically, by being a volunteer, by giving a contribution, and most importantly voting for Patricia on November 2nd, 2004.

If you do NOT live in AD-41: “You can still have a Saye in Carson City†if you will help both financially and physically, by being a volunteer, and/or by giving a contribution. Unfortunately you cannot vote for Patricia on November 2nd, 2004.

It is very important to remember, even though you may not live in her District, the legislation Patricia will be voting on, will affect you as well.

You will have to check out her web site at www.Vote4Saye.com. It is still under construction, but with what she will be putting up for you, you will find her site informative, and educational. You will also learn more about Patricia, and what she stands for.

Patricia said “It will be my honor and privilege to “serve†you, as a statesman, of the great state of Nevada.â€

Please join the Las Vegas Tribune, in making your voice heard in Carson City, by contributing as much as you can, volunteering as much time as you can, and voting for Patricia Saye on November 2nd, 2004, to have your “Saye†in the Nevada Legislature in 2005!

If you have any concerns, Patricia said you could call her at (702) 384-SAYE (7293), and leave a message if she is not available, or you can send her an e-mail at [email protected]. Don’t forget her web site: www.Vote4Saye.com

My Oath of Office will require me to support the U.S. Supreme Court Decisions, therefore, I will support:

SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Nos. 95-1478 and 95-1503

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

JAY PRINTZ, SHERIFF/CORONER, RAVALLI COUNTY, MONTANA, PETITIONER 95-1478 RICHARD MACK, SHERIFF, GRAHAM COUNTY, ARIZONA, PETITIONER 95-1503 v. UNITED STATES

on writs of certiorari to the united states court of appeals for the ninth circuit

[June 27, 1997]

Justice Scalia delivered the opinion of the Court:

We held in New York that Congress cannot compel the States to enact or enforce a federal regulatory program. Today we hold that Congress cannot circumvent that prohibition by conscripting the State's officers directly. The Federal Government may neither issue directives requiring the States to address particular problems, nor command the States' officers, or those of their political subdivisions, to administer or enforce a federal regulatory program. It matters not whether policymaking is involved, and no case-by-case weighing of the burdens or benefits is necessary; such commands are fundamentally incompatible with our constitutional system of dual sovereignty. Accordingly, the judgment of the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit is reversed.

It is so ordered.

I can definitely vote for her.

Upholding the Consitution and our Judeo-Christian Hertitage- YES!

Nevada sounds like a nice, gun friendly place.

she needs to post her stance issue by issue. So far I can tell she is a gun nut, but thats about it.
