Evening ladies and gents,

As the new owner of a Browning BPS High Cap, all is can say is wow... the thing, right out of the box is smooooooooth.... As smooth as my 1953 Wingmaster. I should have expected nothing less from Browning... So anyways, I will shoot it later this week and pass a full range report... but she looks like a keeper. Decent trigger too.

The one shortcoming I see is bluing on the Mag tube.. it is already warn (even after being oiled) a by the forearm cycling. I am probably going to have the gun redone in Melonite or HC... anyone have any experience with having a shotgun done this way? I am planning on using the gun in a corrosive environment... and yes, I looked at Mossys and Marine Mags... But I bought the Browning instead.

Thanks,
X
