New Colt Series 70 Gold Cup

The tittle says it all here are a few pictures. Took it out and shot my handloads 200 lswc Penn bullet. 4.8 grains bullseye, WLP. 100 rounds fed and fired perfectly with excellent accuracy. I used 8 round shooting star magazines, and 7 and 8 round Colt magazines.

If they would have used the old "kidney cut" trigger instead of the 3-hole, it would have been on my want list.

that's what I got... been a safe queen for a decade. Those pics make me want to take it out and use it again. The most accurate .45 I've owned right out of the box.

Those Gold Cups are sweet...

I agree, it would look better; like the Gold Cup trigger Colt's Custom Shop used on a limited run of Combat Commanders years ago. And yes, it's as accurate as a Gold Cup too.
